The Chef

Andre likes to cook. After graduating the Florida Culinary Institute in 2004 he began his culinary tour at the Marriott in West Palm Beach, Florida. Later worked at the famous Drake Hotel in downtown Chicago, Illinois and upward to the top of the John Hancock tower at the Signature Room on the 95th floor.

How do we get to skinny?

Andre and his wife and friends started the “paleo diet” with guidance from Georgette Schwartz. Andre lost about 20 pounds and the Mrs. lost about the same.

Here are the basics:

Eat: Organic Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, healthy fats and oils.

Avoid: Processed foods, sugar, soft drinks, grains, most dairy products, legumes, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils, margarine and trans fats.
