Are you thinking about starting the paleo lifestyle? If so don’t get disheartened because there aren’t many great recipes out there. My wife and I started paleo about a year ago and at first I felt like all I ate were bland salads with awful dressings. I had purchased a bunch of books with fancy pictures, but the recipes were either lousy, or too time consuming to perform after work. Realistically, I wasn’t seeking out a paleo diet now because I had been a healthy eater in the past. So I have taken the guess work out of paleo cooking and made some great videos of some tried and true recipes. I cook most of these every week and even my kids love (most) of them. How do we get to skinny?
Andre and his wife and friends started the “paleo diet” with guidance from Georgette Schwartz. Andre lost about 20 pounds and the Mrs. lost about the same.
Here are the basics:
Eat: Organic Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, healthy fats and oils.
Avoid: Processed foods, sugar, soft drinks, grains, most dairy products, legumes, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils, margarine and trans fats.
